Our Liffey hog roast party BBQ menu is our entry level, hog roast BBQ. This spit
roast barbeque menu is available all-over Northern Ireland. This menu offers your
guest from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a slow roasted Hog BBQ, served with a
floury roll, wrap or brioche bun and with apple sauce and homemade stuffing.
This slow roasted spitting pig BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by
of fully trained chefs.
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.
All BBQ foods are served buffet style.
